MY GUIDING VALUES
HERE ARE MY VALUES
I'll always demonstrate respect regarding cultural differences, opinions, age, race and presenting problems.
I'm constantly in awe of the strength and courage that it takes to reach out in times of need and emotionally difficult times.
As an empathetic listener I have a genuine concern with the struggles that are endured and a heightened consciousness of the emotions of others.
Helping you to increase the belief you have in yourself allowing you to make autonomous life decisions and problem solve with confidence.
We all come from and look to create our own families, whether biological, blended, adopted or fostered. Individuals can choose what meaning they give these relationships.
Is purely an optimistic state of mind with the belief and having an absolute knowing that things will get better and current circumstances will improve.
Through my gentle, caring and helpful nature my hope is that you feel heard and understood in a safe environment free from shame and judgement.
Life can be challenging but I find having a cheery disposition and being young at heart allows me to build up your spirits in a fun and respectful way.
Learning to tap into your own strengths and resources so that you can move through life's challenges even when faced with obstacles and constraints is powerful.
Having the mental and emotional capability to press on in spite of the challenges life throws your way is an energy that's needed to persevere and conquer.
A collaborative, enjoyable approach with mutual respect for your choices while working towards your purpose and goals.
Successful relationships both professional and personal are based on some level of trust. I'm a woman of complete integrity and enjoy nurturing my relationships.
HERE IS MY MISSION

HERE IS MY VISION

I’M A BORN HELPER
I’M HERE TO HELP
I'm Hayley Fualau and I'm a counsellor and coach that absolutely loves working with young women and mothers.
I'm a INFJ personality type (find out your personality type here) which means I'm a creative nurturer with a strong sense of personal integrity and a drive to help others realize their potential. Creative and dedicated, I have a talent for helping others with original solutions to their personal challenges. Did you know that INFJ is the rarest type, making up only two percent of the population?
The INFJ type is also called the "Counsellor" Go figure!
I'm a wife and a mother to three little boys. I'm the oldest of nine children (I have six brothers and three sisters). I'm also a very proud aunty that has eleven nieces and six nephews.
I've recently returned back to Australia after living in France for six years while my husband finished his professional rugby career. And may I add that moving home in the middle of a global pandemic was anything but fun.
Throughout my life, I have endured many challenges and nothing has come easily. During adolescence, womanhood and well into motherhood life has been quite the adventure! Experiencing various hardships and challenges has given me the gift of lived experience that really compliments my work as a counsellor.
But what do I really do?
I support and empower women through periods of change and emotionally difficult times.
Every stage of life comes with its own unique challenges and benefits, change is inevitable and the life of a woman is always changing.
By encouraging women to seek help and providing them with a safe and nurturing environment, I am hopeful that women will open their hearts and their minds to new possibilities, tapping into their own strengths and resources so that they can move through life's transitions and new beginnings with confidence and hope for a better tomorrow.
I help women who feel completely lost in motherhood rediscover and connect with themselves, even if they're exhausted and time poor.
When the mother isn't happy and fulfilled in her personal life, the children are the ones most likely to bear the brunt of it. I want to remind mum's that being a parent is part of who we are and that we shouldn't let it define us. I help mothers reignite their passion and purpose post baby so that they can be their best version for not only their loved ones but for themselves. Because a mothers happiness brings joy to the whole family!
I help young women who are unsure about their career path better understand themselves so that they're in a more favourable position to explore and make sense of the many career choices available to them and be able to plan accordingly.
When it comes to your career, don't bother asking yourself what type of job you want, ask yourself what kind of life do you want?! To ensure a successful career, I encourage my clients to match their aspirations to their unique personality and capabilities, then follow a sequence of well-thought-out and achievable goals.
I help mothers explore and find meaningful career options, all while taking her family circumstances, unique personality and skill set into consideration, ensuring that her financial and personal needs are met.
A meaningful career is one that nurtures your self-esteem and sense of worthwhile being able to provide for your living needs and aligns to your values. I help women who feel completely lost in motherhood rediscover and connect with themself, even if they're exhausted and time-poor.
